Processing times do not include shipping time.

Apparel:  10 - 15 business days

Tumblers:  15 - 20 business days

Suppliers are experiencing shortages of many shirts in colors/sizes.  I will try to get your desired shirt color.  I have been substituting with Gildan Softstyle if those colors are available.  If you prefer only Bella, please email me at rabbitholechaos@gmail.com and I can give you a list of available colors.

Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. In addition, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, or to purchase a sample product, please email us at rabbitholechaos@gmail.com.

We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.

If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at rabbitholechaos@gmail.com within 48 hours from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return, reprint, or credit. Please provide your order number with all correspondence.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

• Shipping time: 3 - 5 Business Days (this is besides production time)

- Shipping companies are not guaranteeing delivery times so if you are needing an item by a certain time make sure to email us @ rabbitholechaos@gmail.com so we are aware of this.

- Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.


- Orders will be shipped/delivered to the address provided on your Order Invoice. Buyer is fully responsible if incorrect and/or insufficient shipping address is provided on the invoice.


- We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages confirmed as Delivered by our carrier.
